How to Buy on Art4Fen

1 — Registration

Create an Art4Fen account and provide the necessary information, including your payment details. This helps facilitate direct purchases, offer submissions, and order tracking.

2 — Discover the Artworks

Browse the Art4Fen selection and explore artworks by artist, category, medium, style, format, or price.

3 — View the Artwork Details

Each artwork page presents the essential information: title, artist, dimensions, medium, year of creation, condition, price, availability, provenance, and associated documents when available.

4 — Choose the Acquisition Method

Depending on the artwork, two options may be available.

Buy Directly
If the artwork is available at a fixed price, you can add it to your cart and complete your order.

Make a Time-Limited Offer
Some artworks may be offered during a defined period, with an opening date and a closing date for offers. You can submit an offer starting from the indicated starting price, while respecting the offer increments. A minimum acceptable price may be set by the artist or seller in order to guide the validation of the sale.

5 — Validation of the Purchase or Offer

For a direct purchase, the order is confirmed after payment validation.

For a time-limited offer, the proposals received are reviewed by Art4Fen and/or by the seller at the end of the period. An offer, even if higher than the starting price, does not automatically guarantee acquisition of the artwork. The sale is confirmed only after acceptance of the offer, payment validation, and confirmation of the delivery conditions.

6 — Payment, Delivery, and Certificate

After confirmation of the purchase, the artwork is prepared for shipment according to the stated conditions. Where applicable, it is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity or associated documents.
